Online coaching is a method of coaching clients remotely, known as online coaching. This method allows for strict application of the rules that need to be followed and the establishment of personalized meal and training plans. Meal plans are custom-made, calculated according to the individual's metabolism and physical exertion to maximize potential goals. 

Training plans are focused on the client's specific weaknesses. It is beneficial to incorporate a few personal training sessions to explain the process more concretely, aiming to achieve progressive overload and controlled rest. Daily check-ins, weekly check-ins, and monthly check-ins are all included in this service. Together, we will achieve the best and easily assessable results in the shortest possible time frame.
