Training plans are focused on the client's specific weaknesses. It is beneficial to incorporate a few personal training sessions to explain the process more concretely, aiming to achieve progressive overload and controlled rest. Daily check-ins, weekly check-ins, and monthly check-ins are all included in this service. Together, we will achieve the best and easily assessable results in the shortest possible time frame.
