Tomáš's progress began very innocently, like with most clients. Initially, he desired to achieve "abs" through youthful recklessness. However, we managed to accomplish that within one month, and exercising became a part of Tomáš's life. I believe our work is not finished yet, and he will continue to dedicate himself fully to bodybuilding.
